I will work hard to create a memorable photo session experience where everyone feels relaxed and has permission to be themselves. All you need to do is show up, be fully present and engaged with your family, and use the time together to reconnect, laugh, be silly, and have fun!

Let the kids be kids.

No, really, I mean it. With a degree in Early Childhood Education and over 20 years working with children of all ages both in Education and as a family photographer, I simply get kids! I know when they need a little space or when they need to run. I know that they want to pick up sticks and use them as swords instead of posing for photos. I know that my super cool dance moves will probably make them laugh if they are toddlers or roll their eyes if they are teens. It’s allllll ok, and the less you stress and just let the kids be kids, the better the photos will be. Besides, I’ve been known to become BFF”s with my youngest clients before the session is over, so trust me on this one.

Simple pricing that doesn’t require math.

I have a strong aversion to math, which is why my session packages are simple and inclusive. The package fee covers my time, professional experience, and attention to your session from start to finish. Your photo session won’t feel rushed and I will do everything I can to keep it stress-free and chill. You’ll receive a minimum of 75 edited digital images, all carefully edited by me. The option to purchase a la carte prints and albums is available. The collection of sales tax is required and is not included.

Support for equity and racial justice.

A portion of every Signature Family or Newborn Session is being donated to The Conscious Kid, an organization dedicated to supporting children, families and educators in spreading positive racial messaging.

Payment of $300 due at time of booking. This is non-refundable, but can be applied to another date within one year from originally scheduled session. Monthly payment option is available.
